Γράφτηκε από

We are delighted to announce the 2nd Athens Symposium on Advanced Imaging in Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, which will be held at the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation in Athens, Greece, from 18–20 September 2026.

Building on the success of the 1st Symposium in October 2024, this three-day event will provide a comprehensive deep dive into the evolving landscape of cardiac imaging. The program is specifically structured to dedicate:

Day 1 and Day 2: Echocardiography and Advanced Imaging (Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI)
Day 3: Fetal Cardiology

Our Target Audience: This symposium is designed for Pediatric and Adult Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons specializing in Congenital Heart Disease, Pediatric Cardiac Intensivists, Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and Pediatric Cardiac Radiologists. We also warmly welcome Feto-Maternal Specialists, trainees across these disciplines, and the sonographers and technicians whose expertise is vital to the field of cardiac imaging.

Renowned experts from leading global and national institutions—including the Onassis Hospital, Mercy Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Lurie Children’s Hospital and major University Schools of Medicine from across Greece—will gather to present the latest “new and hot” developments in the field.

We look forward to welcoming you to the world-class facilities of the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation for three days of high-level scientific exchange and collaboration.

Kind regards,

Maria Kiaffas MD, PhD,
Symposium Director,
Pediatric cardiologist, Non-Invasive Imaging,
